All field trips will depart from Rydges Oasis Resort.
Field trip registration opens at 8:00am Wednesday 15 September.
Please arrive before the departure time of your elected field trip to ensure that the field trips run to schedule.
8:30am departure
Field trip 1 | Exploring the Blackall Ranges & Hinterland
Field trip 3 | A close-up of the Noosa Biosphere
9:00am departure
Field trip 2 | The Coastal Kaleidoscope
Field trip 4 | Indigenous Cultural Tour
Field trip busses will return to Rydges Oasis resort between 3:30 – 4pm.
Conference sessions | Sunshine Coast Function Centre
Thursday conference sessions
Registration opens at 8:00am on Thursday 16 September at the Sunshine Coast Function Centre.
The opening plenary will commence at 9:00am, concurrent session will finish at 5:00pm.
Friday conference sessions
Registration opens at 8:00am on Friday 17 September at the Sunshine Coast Function Centre.
The morning plenary will commence at 8:30am and the closing plenary will conclude 3:45pm.
Social functions
Welcome Reception | Rydges Oasis Resort
The welcome reception will be held at Rydges Oasis Resort from 5 – 8pm on Wednesday 15 September.
Finger food and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.
21st Birthday Celebration Dinner | Sunshine Coast Function Centre
Arrival and drinks from 6:30pm on Thursday 16 September.
Enjoy a night of dinner, drinks and entertainment. The evening will wrap-up at 10:45pm
